Definition of shirk
By language: Shirk is a word used to express something that happened between two people or more.
According to the terms syar'i: Subhaanahu Shirk Allah Wa allies Ta'aalaa mean for God to make Subhaanahu Wa Ta'aalaa, both in rububiyahnya or uluhiyahnya, but shirk the term most often used to shirk in uluhiyahnya. Or: equating Subhaanahu besides Allah with God Ta'aalaa Wa Wa Ta'aalaa in Subhaanahu things into the right Subhaanahu Wa Ta'aalaa God.
LEGAL shirk
Shirk is the prohibition of God Subhaanahu Wa greatest Ta'aalaa. Subhaanahu Wa Ta'aalaa God says in the letter `An-Nisaa verse 36:
واعبدوا الله ولا تشركوا به شيئا
"And worship Allah and do not associate him with anything."
Shirk also an unlawful act of the first (to left). Subhaanahu Wa Ta'aalaa God says in surat Al An'am paragraph 151:
قل تعالوا أتل ما حرم ربكم عليكم ألا تشركوا به شيئا وبالوالدين إحسانا ولا تقتلوا أولادكم من إملاق نحن نرزقكم وإياهم ولا تقربوا الفواحش ما ظهر منها وما بطن ولا تقتلوا النفس التي حرم الله إلا بالحق ذلكم وصاكم به لعلكم تعقلون
"Say:" Let's read what is forbidden to you by your Lord, that is: do not associate anything with Him, do good to his mother father, and do not kill your children for fear poverty. We will provide sustenance for you and for them, and do not approach the works of evil, both of whom appear or are hidden, and do not kill the soul which Allah forbidden (to kill) but with something (because) the right ". So It is commanded by the Lord unto you that ye may understand (it). "
