Truly high faith and prayer beads and dhikr of Allah alone is not enough. But it still must be accompanied by obedience and God's command. If we do not obey and do not want to run the command of God, then we are among the disbelievers.
For example: the devil. Satan is very high Faith. He was very sure of the existence and oneness of God because he had a direct dialogue with God. He is also diligent to glorify God, and dhikr together a collection of the Angels. But because he did not want to run a command of God, that is prostrate to Adam, the devil became the disbelievers and condemned by God:
"And (remember) when We said to the angels:" Bow down to Adam, "then they bowed down except Iblis: he refused and was arrogant and he was included among those who disbelieve." [Al-Baqarah: 34]
Devil's reluctance to run the command of God because the devil is in pride. He felt better than Adam:
"He said Satan:" I'm not one to bow to the man that You created him from clay (which comes) from mud molded into shape;
He said: "Get out of heaven, for thou art wretched, and the curse shall be happen until the Day of Resurrection." [Al-Hijr :33-35]
As a result of Satan into the cursed creature.
If Satan is only one command rejected Allah and cursed disbelieve, how many Muslims who refuse to obey God's command a lot of deliberately trying to prevent other Muslims to run the command / law of God?
In the letter Al Maa-idah we were ordered to carry out God's law in the Holy Book as Qisas:

[5:44] Surely We have sent down the Torah in it (no) guidance and light (the light), which the book was decided the case of the Jews by the prophets who surrendered themselves to God, by the people and priests of their pious -pastor them, because they were ordered to maintain the books of God and they became witnesses against him. Therefore do not fear the people, (but) fear in me. And do not trade verses my prices a little. He who does not judge by what Allah hath revealed, they are the people who disbelieve.
[5:45] And we have set for them in it (At-Law) that the soul (repaid) with the soul, eye to eye, nose to nose, ear, tooth for a tooth, and wounds (also) there kisasnya. He who releases (right retribution) it, then release it right (a) her sin. Whoever does not judge by what Allah hath revealed, they are the people who zhalim.
Why is the Jews incurred the Wrath of God? Because they do not decide the case according to the law of God.
Ummah also declared heretical Christians in surah Al Fatihah because they do not judge by what Allah hath revealed:
"And We iringkan their tracks (the prophets of Bani Israel) with Jesus son of Mary, confirming the earlier, namely: the Torah. And We gave him the Gospel was in it (a) guidance and light (the light), and confirming the earlier, namely the Torah. And a guidance and instruction to those who fear Allah.
And let the people of the Gospel judge by what Allah hath revealed therein. Whoever does not judge by what Allah hath revealed, they are the people who rebel. "[Al Maa-idah :46-47]
Then when God sent down the Qur'an, there we will decide the case according to the Qur'an, or we follow the human passions?
There are attracted to the ideology of the Communist / Socialist then made to understand "Islamic Left." "And We have sent down to the Koran with truth, confirming what was before, namely the books (which came before) and the litmus test for books of the other, so judge between them by what Allah revealed, and not thou follow their desires away from the truth that has come to you. For every people among you, We have given rules and the way that light. Had Allah willed, He made you one people (just), but God wanted to test you for giving him to you, then rush to do good lombalah. Only to Allah is the return you all, and told him to what you disagree,
and ye judge between them by what Allah hath revealed, and follow not their vain desires. And be careful you are against them, so they do not turn you from some of what Allah hath revealed unto you. If they turn away (from the law of God has revealed), then know that Allah wills to afflict them because of the disaster to some of their sins. And in fact most men are rebellious transgressors. "[Al Maa-idah :48-49]
Which law is better? God-made laws of God or the artificial human beings? Satan cursed because you feel better than Adam. Are we feel that man-made laws are better than the law of God?
"Is the law jahilliyah they want, and (legal) who is better than (the law) of God for those who believe?" [Al Maa-idah: 50]
In order for Muslims to carry out the Law of God, God forbid those who believe taking Jews and Christians to become leaders. This makes sense. Who among the Jews and Christians who want to run the Law of God? Who among the Jews and Christians who want to run the sharia, or struggle to establish the Islamic State? No right? Instead they tried to block the enforcement of Islamic laws or the establishment of the Islamic State as strong as possible. They may only their own group leader:
"O ye who believe, do not take Jews and Christians to be the leaders (of all); some of them are leaders to each other. Whoever among you takes them a leader, then that person actually belonged to them. Verily Allah does not guide the people who do wrong. "[Al Maa-idah: 51]
Although the majority of Muslims today can not run the law of God. Opponents argue that the law of our state's plural / plural. So the Islamic law can not run. And the Prophet's time unbelievers, Jews, and Christians are also already there. After all, they still can run Islamic law:
"Then you will see people who have the disease in his heart (hypocrites) race toward them (Jews and Christians), and said:" We are afraid of a disaster ". I hope God will bring victory (to His Messenger), or some decision from his side. So therefore, they were sorry for what they hide in them.
And those who believe will say: "Is this what people really swear by Allah, that they really with you?" Damage their deeds are doomed all, then they become the losers. "[Al Maa-idah :52-53]
That is why God commands Muslims to unite with those who believe. Because of this they only want to run the law of God:
O ye who believe, whosoever of you is an apostate from the religion, then Allah will bring a people that God loves them and they will love Him, who being gentle toward people who are believers, are being hard on people - unbelievers, who strive in the way of Allah, and who is not afraid to rebuke those who like to criticize. That is the gift of God, given to whom He wills, and Allah is (giving him), the Knower.
Verily ye helpers of Allah is His messenger, and those who believe, who establish regular prayers and practice regular charity, as they are subject (to Allah).
And whosoever takes Allah, His Messenger and those who believe a helper, then the followers of (religion) of Allah is a must win. "[Al Maa-idah :54-56]
There are even those who mock Islam with a variety of bad words like extremist, terrorist, ancient, and so on, unlawful for us to pick it up as a leader:
"O ye who believe, do not you take a leader, the people who make a mockery of your religion so fruit and game, (ie) among those who received the Scripture before, and those who reject (the people polytheists). And fear Allah if you are really people who believe. "[Al Maa-idah: 57]
Once again Muslims should not be complacent. Prayer, fasting, zakat, hajj, and the remembrance is not enough. But we have to run all the commands of God because this is a manifestation of the first pillars of Islam, which testify that there is no God but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of God. Syahadah is not just in lip service, but it requires our obedience to the commandments of God as our God and Muhammad as the messenger of God. We can not believe in some verses, and disbelieve in another part of the verse because they think there are verses of the Qur'an which is no longer relevant to today:
"Do you believe in some of the Book (Torah) and disbelieve of some of the others? It is not the reward of those who do so than you, but disgrace in this life, and on the Day of Resurrection they returned to a very severe punishment. "[Al-Baqarah: 85]
